Keep away from children and pets. Burn within sight and never leave unattended. Break off any burned wood wick before each use and never burn a candle for longer than four hours at a time. For wax melts use only one 4-hour tealight and never add water or fragrance oil to your burner. Place on a heat-resistant surface. Made with soy wax and premium fragrance oils; full ingredients on each product label, safety data available on request.

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.

£5.50 anywhere on the UK mainland, arriving in 1–4 working days. Northern Ireland is £15.00 and can take a little longer. We dispatch within one working day, and we ship within the UK only at the moment.
Usually — that is rather the point. Most of our fragrances run right across the range: a snap bar, a humidifier juice, a room spray, a reed diffuser and a multi-purpose cleaner, all in the same scent. Pick a family under Shop by Scent and you will see everything it comes in.
No. Our fragrances are our own interpretations, inspired by scents you may recognise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the original brands, and we use those names only to describe what a fragrance smells like. What you are buying is Elligance.
Break off a single segment and place it in the dish of an electric warmer or an unlit tealight burner. One segment will scent an average room for several hours, and you can keep re-melting the same wax until the fragrance fades. Never add water to the dish, and never leave a burner unattended.
Email elliganceluxury@yahoo.com with your order number. If something arrived broken or missing, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, tell us and we will chase the courier for you.
