Here it is to copy. This goes in Settings → Policies → Shipping policy (I don't have write access to that section, which is why I put it on a page as a stopgap).

Everything is hand-packed and sent from our UK studio. Here is exactly what to expect.

Delivery times and cost

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and run from the point your order is dispatched, not from the moment you place it.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email once it has been dispatched.

Where we deliver

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at elliganceluxury@yahoo.com and we will do everything we can to correct it before the parcel leaves us.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your parcel is with the courier it is outside our direct control, and occasionally weather, industrial action or peak periods cause delays.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we will chase it for you.

Damaged or missing orders

Our products are glass and liquid, and we pack them accordingly — but accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us at elliganceluxury@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, and we will put it right.
