How much is delivery, and how long will it take?

£5.50 anywhere on the UK mainland, arriving in 1–4 working days. Northern Ireland is £15.00 and can take a little longer. We dispatch within one working day, and we ship within the UK only at the moment. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I get the same scent in more than one product?

Usually — that is rather the point. Most of our fragrances run right across the range: a snap bar, a humidifier juice, a room spray, a reed diffuser and a multi-purpose cleaner, all in the same scent. Pick a family under Shop by Scent and you will see everything it comes in.

Are these the same as the designer fragrances they are named after?

No. Our fragrances are our own interpretations, inspired by scents you may recognise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of the original brands, and we use those names only to describe what a fragrance smells like. What you are buying is Elligance.

How do I use a wax melt, and how long does one last?

Break off a single segment and place it in the dish of an electric warmer or an unlit tealight burner. One segment will scent an average room for several hours, and you can keep re-melting the same wax until the fragrance fades. Never add water to the dish, and never leave a burner unattended.

My order is late, damaged or wrong. What happens now?

Email elliganceluxury@yahoo.com with your order number. If something arrived broken or missing, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, tell us and we will chase the courier for you.
